Through Right Balance, I worked on HelloTech’s platform connecting technicians and customers. One central task was completing a mediated communication flow.
My contribution
Twilio Proxy
Completed the integration that routes technician–customer communication through Twilio-provisioned numbers.
Core Tech API
Implemented and maintained API endpoints and callbacks supporting the platform’s integrations.
What came out of it
Technicians and customers could communicate without exposing their personal phone numbers through the integrated flow.
