A professional story, backed by a working service.

panchew.io · Professional platform

TypeScript · Cloudflare Workers · API integrations · Product delivery · Testing

The context

I wanted prospective clients and employers to understand my experience, inspect examples of my work and start a conversation in English or Spanish. The same platform needed to support consulting: book an hour, meet, then request payment after the session.

My contribution

Choosing what mattered for launch

I defined the offer and the visitor journeys, chose Cloudflare, and gave English and Spanish equal priority. I kept AI optional for launch and separated pricing from booking so visitors could understand the offer before considering the details.

Directing AI-assisted delivery

I set priorities and reviewed the implementation through an AI-assisted development process. Coding assistance was part of how the platform was built; my role was to make product decisions, review the proposed changes and approve releases. The site itself does not need an AI chatbot to be useful.

Making requests dependable

The implementation uses Cloudflare Workers and D1 to keep delivery records, prevent duplicate requests and separate test from live payment state. Shared application rendering keeps the local preview and production routes aligned. Reviewed changes, migration records and a rollback path make the platform maintainable beyond its first release.

Checking the whole visitor journey

A production CV request was checked from verification through inbox delivery and PDF download. Both payment providers passed sandbox buyer-payment tests; production credentials were checked without creating a live charge. After a report that the form appeared to do nothing, we investigated the live flow and made confirmation and verification states clearer. The original failure was not reproduced; I confirmed that the updated flow worked.

What came out of it

The platform is live, with a working CV delivery flow and Calendar booking. It gives visitors a way to explore my work and start a conversation, and gives me a service I can improve through reviewed changes. My next step is to publish more evidence of my work and learn which stories lead to relevant conversations. As of September 2026, I have not established new work or revenue attributable to the platform.
